Request For Proposal Development Of Massive Open Online Courses (Moocs)The Higher Education Commission (Hec) Of Pakistan, In Collaboration With The British Council Under The Pak-Uk Education Gateway Initiative, Is Implementing A Series Of Strategic Interventions To Modernise And Strengthen PakistanS Higher Education System. One Of The Key Areas Of Focus Under This Initiative Is The Promotion Of Blended And Distance Learning Modules To Enhance The Quality, Accessibility, And Relevance Of Higher Education In Pakistan. As Part Of This Initiative, Hec Seeks To Outsource The Development Of High-Quality Massive Open Online Courses (Moocs) For Four General Education Subjects Mandated Under The Undergraduate Education Policy (V 1.1) For All Undergraduate Degree Programs, Namely: Natural Science Social Science Arts & Humanities Pakistan Studies Proposals Are Invited From Specialised Firms, Registered With Tax Department In Accordance With Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (Ppra) Rule 36(B) Single Stage Two Envelope. The Method Of Selection Will Be Quality And Cost Based. Bid Security Amounting To Rs. 1,750,000/- In The Form Of Pay Order / Bank Draft In Favor Of Dg Finance (Hec) Is Required To Be Attached With Technical Document. Request For Proposal (Rfp) Document, Containing Detailed Terms Of References (Tors) And Conditions Is Available On Hec And Ppra Websites, As Well As On Epads Portal Which Can Be Downloaded. The Proposals, Prepared In Accordance With The Instructions Provided In Request For Proposal Must Be Submitted To The Undersigned In Original (Physically,) As Well As An Electronic Copy Be Uploaded On Epads Portal On Or Before September 30, 2025 By 1330 Hrs. It Is Mandatory To Submit The Proposal (Bid) Physically As Well As To Upload On Epads Portal.
