Tenders are invited for Procurement of Consulting Services for Animation Production Demonstrate proven experience in producing digital animations that have achieved significant audience reach. Specifically, the Offeror must provide evidence, such as analytics reports from recognized platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, YouTube Analytics), showing that at least one (1) published animation has reached a cumulative audience of no less than 100,000 people within the past five (5) years. The Compact program addresses one of the countrys most binding constraints to economic growth: costly access to water and sanitation. The Compact assists the Government in meeting the projected demand for water in the capital city of Ulaanbaatar for residential consumers and commercial and industrial users through a Water Supply Project, consisting of three closely related investment activities: Downstream Wells Activity, to construct new groundwater wells with attendant transmission lines, reservoirs, and an advanced water purification plant (AWPP); Wastewater Recycling Activity, to construct a new wastewater recycling plant and pipelines to provide high-quality treated wastewater that can be used instead of freshwater by water-intensive industries, thereby increasing the amount of freshwater available for household consumption; and Water Sector Sustainability Activity, to support policy reforms, capacity building, and technical assistance to improve the long-term sustainability of Ulaanbaatars water supply. MCA-Mongolia now invites eligible firms to submit their Qualification Information for the Consulting Services for Animation Production. Details of the services are provided in the Terms of Reference of the Request of Qualification Information (RQI) Document. The Consultant firm will be selected in accordance with the procedures for the selection of Consultants Qualification Selection (CQS) set out in the MCC Accountable Entity Procurement Policy & Guidelines, which are provided on the MCC website (https://www.mcc.gov) and this procurement is open to all eligible consultant firms as defined in the RQI.
