Our three goals are: To empower women and prevent all forms of violence against women and girls. To provide people in Cambodia access to accurate information To uphold democracy and promote public participation by raising awareness. We produce high quality radio, video and digital material to educate, raise awareness and advocate for women and minorities. Every day we reach over 2 million people across Cambodia through our radio, social media, and digital channels. Outside the major cities, limited access to the internet means radio continues to be an important source of daily news and information for a substantial part of Cambodias population. For the last 30 years Womens Radio has been consistently in the top 3 most listened to stations in the nation, including in Phnom Penh. The WMC, with supported by International Media Support (IMS), is seeking a part-time Business Development/Marketing Consultant to help diversify revenue streams, build partnerships with private sector actors, identify new funding opportunities, ensure business viability, and strengthen sustainability. IMS is a non-profit organization working to strengthen the capacity of local media to reduce conflict, strengthen democracy and facilitate dialogue. Objective of this ToR This ToR seeks to recruit a dynamic and results-driven Business Development/Marketing Consultant to support our organization in identifying growth opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and expanding market presence. The consultant will provide strategic guidance, develop marketing initiatives, and implement effective business development plans to achieve revenue and organizational goals. The consultant will work closely with internal teams to align business strategies with organizational objectives. Scope of Work 1. Business Development Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, stakeholders, and Prepare business proposals, pitches, and presentations tailored to prospective clients. Support contract negotiations and deal closures to maximize profitability 2. Marketing Strategy Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with organizational objectives. Enhance brand visibility through digital marketing, events, campaigns, and PR. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content, case studies, and promotional materials. Advice on positioning, pricing strategies, and market entry approaches. 3. Strategic Planning & Advisory Advise management on business growth strategies and potential risks. Support the development of business models, marketing strategies, and expansion plans. Facilitate workshops or training sessions on business development practices when required.
