    Tenders are invited for Design, Supply, Install, Test and Commissioning of Exterior Digital Facade Lighting System for Dashen Bank Head Quarter Building Bid closing date: Sep 29, 2025 5:00 PM Bid opening date: Sep 30, 2025 2:00 PM Bid document price: 500.00 Birr for each bid Bid bond: 50,0000.00 Region: Addis Ababa 1. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download of the bidding document via https://bids.extratenders.com.et and via https://dashen.afrotender.com/or afrotender.com to access the biding document by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred only) for each bid reference number starting from September 15, 2025. 2. All interested bidders should be registered on the Banks supplier list data base system via https://dashenbanksc.com/sap-ariba-supplier-registration/ . 3. Copy of renewed and valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate are required while submitting the bid document. 4. Bidders shall present a bid security in the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashiers payment order (CPO) or) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of proposal/or offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days for each bid. 5. Bidders must submit the TECHNICAL and the FINANCIAL OFFER in separate envelopes in duplicate copies labeled as original and copy accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form as stated in the bidding document for both bid reference numbers. 6. The sealed bid document shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on September 29, 2025, up to 5:00 PM. 7.
