    Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Leased Printers Procurement method: Open Tender Procurement category: Goods Submission methods: Written (Physical/Hard Copy) Opening Venue: Supreme Court Building 2nd Floor Boardroom No. 74 Published date: September 11th, 2025 Close date and time: Sep 19th 2025 10:00 Tender fee: 0 Tender Validity in Days: 120 Prices quoted for the above tender shall be inclusive of all taxes, Public Procurement Capacity Building Levy (PPCBL) of 0.03% of the quoted amount and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the closing date of the tender. The Tender must be accompanied by tender security of Kshs. 500,000.00 per LOT and in the form of a guarantee valid for One Hundred and Fifty (150) days from tender closing date in the form of a guarantee issued by a financial institution approved and licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) or by an Insurance Company registered and licensed by the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) Addressed and payable to the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary.
