The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Is Indicative And Serves Only For Information For The Purposes Of This Order, Without Committing The Contracting Authority To Consume It. If Necessary, Within The Time Limit Of The Contract And The Foreseen Financial Resource, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Include New Sites For Which He Will Pay Under The Price Agreed With The Contractor, As Well As To Request Exclusion Of The Objects Specified In The Technical Specification.
