The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service And Development Service With Code 16 01 03 (Used Tires) In A Way That Ensures The Transition Of Responsibility For Waste Management To The Next Waste Holder. 2. The Collected Waste Will Be Entirely Subjected To The R3 Process. 3. The Amount Of Waste Covered By The Order Is Up To 1250 Mg, Including As Part Of The Basic Order Of 600 Mg - Car And Truck Tires, As Well As As Part Of The Options Up To 600 Mg Car And Truck Tires, As Well As Up To 50 Mg Agricultural Tires And Other Diagonal Tires. The Option Of The Option Is Specified In Art. 441 Para. 1 Of The Pzp Act. The Contracting Authority Can Use The Option In Whole Or In Part, Once Or In Several Parts. The Option To Increase The Amount Of Waste Intended For Collection And Development Is Envisaged. 4. The Contractor Will Receive The Abovementioned Waste From The Ordering Party From Nw. Installation: 1) Municipal Waste Treatment Plant In Olsztyn (Ul. Lubelska 53, 10-410 Olsztyn)-Approx. 58% Of The Volume Covered By The Order, 2) Polish Revelation Station Polska Village (Polish Village 24, 11-700 Mrągowo)-Approx. 15% Of The Volume Covered By The Order, 3) Medyna Transhipment Station (Medyny 51, 11-100. Lidzbark Warmiński) - Approx. 10% Of The Volume Covered By The Order, 4) Trelkowo Transhipment Station (Trelkowo 80, 12-100 Szczytno) - Approx. 17% Of The Volume Covered By The Order. (Estimated Volumes Have Been Determined Based On Historical Data, The Percentage Share Of Tires In Individual Installations May Change). 5. Due To The Subject, The Order Must Be Carried Out In Particular In Accordance With Nw. Provisions: 1) Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste; 2) Act Of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law; 3) Act Of 13 September 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities And Other Acts And Provisions Applicable To The Subject Of The Contract. 6. Waste Received From The Ordering Party Will Be Transferred To An Entity With A Decision Specified In Art. 27 Para. 2 Point 1 Or 2 Of The Act Of 14 December 2012 On The Waste Indicated By The Contractor Before Signing The Contract. 7. For Settlements Between The Parties, The Amount Of Waste Collected Will Be Determined According To The Measurement On The Electronic Car Weight Of The Employer. 8. The Transfer Of Waste Will Be Confirmed By The Waste Transfer Card - In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 9. Pursuant To Art. 5K Of Council Regulation (Eu) No 833/2014 Of 31 July 2014 Regarding Funds Limiting In Connection With Russias Actions Destabilizing The Situation In Ukraine, It Is Prohibited To Perform A Public Contract With The Participation Of Subcontractors, Suppliers Or Entities Where The Ability Is To Be Found In The Meaning Of Directive 2014/24/Eu, If They Are Over 10% Of The Contract Value. 10.
