    Kitchen Furniture And Equipment - Supply Of Kitchen Solutions For The Housing Office Aarhus. The Housing Office Århus (Contracting Entity) Wants To Continuously Acquire Kitchens For Its Public Housing Via The Collective Council. In Practice, The Collective Council Means That The Contracting Entity Finances The Acquisition While The Tenant Pays For The Improvement Via The Rent. The Contractor Estimates That Approx. 40 Kitchens Distributed Among The Individual Departments The Estimate Is The Sake Of The Contractor, And Based On Historical And Expected Volumes. Volume Is For Guidance Solely, Which Is Why It Cannot Be Taken As An Expression Of A Guaranteed Future Turnover Size. The Maximum Volume Of The Contractor Will Be +20% Of The Estimated Amount For The Framework Agreement Period. The Offered Framework Agreement Is Not Divided Into Sub -Contracts For The Following Reason: The Contracting Entity Has Chosen Not To Offer Separate Sub -Contracts. The Contracting Entity Has, Based On Financial Conditions, Estimated That With A Total Agreement More Advantageous Prices Can Be Achieved. For The Sake Of The Quality And Context Of The Overall Assigned Task, It Is Considered Appropriate With A Single Framework Agreement, Just As A Division, Based On A Market Relationship, Is Not Estimated To Allow Additional Companies - Including Smes - The Opportunity To Submit Offers.
