The Subject Of The Tender Is The Procurement, Implementation, Ready To Be Handed Over And The Subsequent Operation Of A Highly Available, Scalable And Cyber Resilient Backup And Restoration Solution In The Form Of An Integrated Appliance With The Appropriate Software Including The Other Services Associated With It. The Solution Must Meet The Current Requirements For Data Security, Cyber Resilience And Disaster Recovery As Well As Future Extensions And Integration Options And Insert Yourself Into The It Landscape Of The Mvhs. The Order Includes In Particular: 1. Delivery Of One Or More Appliances With Suitable Backup And Restore Software, Including All Required Licenses. 2. Installation, Configuration And Commissioning Of The Overall Solution On Site, Including Connection To Existing It Infrastructures. 3. Implementation Of Cyber Resilience Mechanisms, E.G. B. Unchangeable Backups (Immutable Backups), Air Gap/Logical-Air Gap Functionalities And Ransomware Detection. 4. Migration Of Existing Backup Data As Far As Technically Possible Or Creating New Backup Jobs For The Entire Environment After Consultation With The Ag. 5. Setup Of Automated Recovery Tests To Ensure Data Integrity And Functionality. 6. Documentation Of The Solution, Including Operating, Restoration And Security Concept. 7. Training Of The Administrator Staff To Operate And Manage The Solution. 8. Takeover Of The Operation Of The Backup And Restore Environment By The Contractor, Including: (A) Implementation And Monitoring Of All Backup And Restore Jobs In Accordance With The Agreed Security Plan, (B) Proactive Monitoring Of The System Performance, Capacity Planning And Error Removal, (C) Implementation Of Regular Test Reciprocals And Functional Tests, (D) Compliance With The Agreed Service Agreements, (E) Backup Jobs For System Or Application Changes (Change Management), (F) Incident Management Including Escalation Processes And Causes Analysis For Disorders, (G) Monthly Reporting On Security And Restoration Status, Errors, Trends And Optimization Potential.
