    Invitation To The City Of Market Directors, The City Of The City Mapping The Interests Of Operators To Rent A Office Space In The Windshield Building And The Associated Yard As An Option. The Aim Is To Obtain Views On The Possible Use And Development Needs Of The Premises That Support The Regions Revitalization And Service Offering. It Is Possible To Rent About 78 Htm² From The First Floor Of The Building (Appendix Map 2) From The Windshield Building. If The Retail Space Is Presented For Café Use, It Is Possible To Implement A Kitchen Area (14.8 M²), Social Space (5.1 M²). In Addition, The Business Area Can Be Connected To The Courtyard Sale Area From Siltapuisto Square (Appendix Map 1). Were Going To Think About The Following:- For What Purpose Would You Like To Rent A Premises In The Windshield Building And/Or Its Yard? Allows. It Is Preliminary Planned That The Actual Competition For The Project Will Be Held During The Rest Of 2025. This Invitation Will Not Be Bound By The Invitation Or Respondents To Any Action, But To Discuss The Options For The Preparation Of The Actual Tendering And Project Related Documents. However, The City Of Naantali Does Not Commit To Implementing A Specific Rental Based On The Market Dialogue, And The Descriptions / Determinations Not Bonded To The City. The Market Dialogue Is Implemented By Conducting Bilateral Teams Negotiations With Interested Tenderers. Asking For Those Interested In The Project To Enroll In The Market Dialogue On September 30, 2025 At 10:00 Am By Registering Henriikka Koskelainen, Henriikka.Koskelainen@Naantali.Fi. The City Of Naantali Does Not Answer The Issues Of The Project.
