Expression of Interest for Eco-Industrial Parks -Related Regulatory and Policy Reforms in Albania The Consultant will provide technical support to the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in implementing EIP-related regulatory and policy reforms in Albania. This includes offering regulatory assistance in developing relevant national legislation and policy documents to introduce the EIP concept, which is based on the International EIP Framework, developed by UNIDO, World Bank Group, and GIZ, (hereafter referred to as the EIP framework), and support the IFC in discussions with the relevant state and local stakeholders. The Consultants technical support should result in a corresponding written output, including implementation reports, drafts of the relevant legislation (laws, bylaws and/or rulebooks) and policy documents. The Consultant will provide technical support and written outputs in collaboration with the national and local stakeholders and IFCs project team.
