    Procurement Plan For Development, Construction, Completion, Operation, And Maintenance Of The Treated Water System In The Southern Region To Enhance The Food Security System In The State Of Kuwait Number: (H S/246) Detailed Objectives: Increasing Agricultural Yields, Strengthening The Food Security System, Supporting The Strategic Reserve Of Treated Water, Which Has A Positive Impact On The States Economy, Reducing Imports, And Developing A Prosperous And Diversified Economy To Reduce The States Primary Reliance On Oil Export Revenues. Fulfilling The Requests Of Farm Owners For The Delivery Of Treated Water And Compensating For The Shortage Of Water Supplied To Farms Due To The Increase In The Number Of Agricultural Holdings. Scope Of Work: - Study, Design, And Execution Of The Third Treated Water Pipeline From The Dmc (Treated Water Control Center) To Al-Wafra Farms And Its Complementary Works. - Study, Development, Rehabilitation, Execution, Operation, And Maintenance Of The Al-Wafra Plant Expansion. - Study, Design, And Execution Of The Irrigation Network And Pipelines For Al-Wafra Farms. - Study, Design, And Execution Of The Irrigation Network For Farms In Sulaibiya And The Cattle Farms In The Kabd Area. - Study The Number Of Agricultural Holdings In The Al-Wafra Area And Study The Number Of Current And Future Agricultural Connections.
