    1. Performance Of The Renovation Of 2 Residential Premises In Accordance With The Public Rental Offer At Ul. Copernicus 9 M 9 And Ul. Wierzbowa 9 M 7 In Gdańsk. 2. The Scope Of Works Includes: A) General Construction Works, I.E.- Disassembly Of Wooden Floors And Ceilings. Plasters And Internal Coats, Ground Grounding.- Wall Cladding And Platelet Floors.- Painting Of Walls, Ceilings, Window And Door Joinery.- Installation Of New Wooden Window Joinery. Disassembly And Utilization Of Existing Sanitary Installations .- Cleaning And Assembly Of Water And Sewage Fittings,- Assembly Of Radiators And Performing Central Heating Installations With Tightness And Adjustment Tests,- Assembly Of A Gas Boiler With Accessories, As Well As Gaseous Approaches And Tightness Attempts,- Ventilation And Chimney Work- Installation Of Insert, Cables And Base. Disassembly Of Existing Boards, Cables, Cans, Sockets And Connectors.- Forging Furrows And Piercing Holes For New Electrical Installations.- Laying Of Electrical And Antenna Wires In Furrows Or Protective Pipes. Lighting .- Installation And Launch Of A Summoning Installation (Intercom) .- Electricity And Control Measurements Of The Electrical Installation.D) Making A Chimney Sweep Opinion For The Premises After Completion, E) Making A Sketch Of The Premises With Dimensions Applied, Heating And Gas Installation And Separate Performing Renovation Works, G) Execution Of An Energy Characteristics Certificate For Each Premises After Performed Renovation Works. 2. The As -Built Chimney Sweep Opinion Is To Contain A Diagram Of Chimney Flues Existing In A Building With Markings And A Description Of Performed Works Confirming Patency, Tightness And Proper String In Chimney Flues. 3. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Technical Specifications Of Construction And Receipt Of Construction Works And Bill Of Quantities.
