1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Organization (Along With Access And Overnight Stay) And Conducting A 2-Day Group Trip For 20 Children From Foster Care Aged 7-12 And Providing Them With Care. A Total Of 6 Hours Of Educational Workshops And Care During The Entire Stay (Including Transport And Stay). 2. The Employer Assumes Conducting The Following Trainings Constituting A Valuable Foundation To Build Confidence, The Ability To Express Emotions And Needs, And Build Healthy Peer Relations Of Participants: Day 1: Training No. 1: Topic: Careful Listening To Building Relationships. Description: The Contractor Undertakes To Conduct Educational Workshops For All Participants In The Amount Of 3 Hours. The Contractor Will Provide At Least 2 Trainers And Guardians. Day 2: Training No. 2: Topic: Expressing His Emotions Through Communication. Description: The Contractor Undertakes To Conduct Educational Workshops For All Participants In The Dimension Of 2 Hours. The Contractor Will Provide At Least 2 Trainers And 2 Carers3. Requirements Related To The Organization Of Training: A. The Contractor Will Guarantee Staff With Appropriate Qualifications And Rights, Guaranteeing The Correct Organization And Conduct Of Educational Workshops. Requirements For Guardians (Met Together):- At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Working With Children And Youth- A Certificate Of Non-Survival In The Register Of Perpetrators Of Sexual Offenses And In The National Criminal Register. Requirements For Trainers (Met Together):- Higher Education In The Field Of Pedagogy, Special Pedagogy, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Family Sciences Or University Education In Any Field, Supplemented With Post-Graduate Studies In The Field Of Psychology, Pedagogy, Family Sciences, Resocialization Or Qualifying Course In The Field Of Care And Educational Pedagogy;- At Least Two Years Old Experience As A Trainer In Working With Children And Young People;- Certificate Of Disagreement In The Register Of Perpetrators Of Sexual Offenses And In The National Criminal Register. The Contractor Is Required To Guarantee A Replacement Of Other People With Equivalent Qualifications In The Event Of Unforeseen Circumstances Preventing The Service Of The Service Indicated In The Offer, After Agreeing With The Employer.
