Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of Equipment For The Practical Workshop Of Vocational Gastronomic At The School Complex Of The Agricultural Training Center In Sichów Duży

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery Together With The Installation Of The Equipment Of The Gastronomic Laboratory, According To The Technical Conditions And The Quantity Indicated In The Assortment And Price Form, Constituting An Attachment To Swz.2. The Provided Subject Of The Contract Should Be Factory New, The Highest Quality, Complete, Meeting The Requirements Of Applicable Regulations, Having Documentary On Law, Enabling Them To Work Safely And Service, Free From Any Physical Defects, As Well As From Any Legal Defects And Claims Of Third Parties And Ready To Use For Use In Accordance With The Purpose. 3. As Part Of This Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Assemble, Connect To Existing Installations, Launch The Supplied Equipment And Training Users. The Contractor Provides All Installation And Connection Materials. The Employer Is Visibly Attached To The Technical Design Defining The Place Of Installation Of Equipment. 4. In The Event That The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Has An Indication Of Trademarks Or Origin, The Contracting Authority Informs That This Provision Is Only A Definition Of Minimum Parameters And Provides An Indication For The Contractor What Features Should Have Materials Or Devices Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract. The Employer Allows The Implementation Of The Order Through The Use Of Equivalent Materials Or Devices. The Contractor Who Offers Materials Or Devices Is Obliged To Show In The Offer That They Meet The Requirements Of The Employer. 5. Pursuant To Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, In A Situation, If The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Contained A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described In Each Such Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification, And Technical Reference System. In Connection With The Above, It Should Be Assumed That Each: Norm, Technical Assessment, Technical Specifications, Technical References Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Accompanied By Or Equivalent Words. Pursuant To Art. 101 Para. 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described In These Documents, Is Obliged To Prove By Joining The Relevant Evidence In Question Referred To In Art. 104-107 Pzp, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 6. Regarding The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Special Process.
