Classes Improving Physical Fitness - As Part Of The Task, Classes Are Planned To Improve The Physical Fitness Of Seniors. It Is Planned To Conduct A Total Of 1,152 Hours Of Classes During The Project Implementation. On Average, They Will Be 2 Hours Of Classes A Week In Each Of The 8 Locations. Classes Must Be Adapted To The Individual Needs Of Beneficiaries, Taking Into Account Their Physical Efficiency And Motor Skills. They Are Aimed At Improving Muscle Strength, Balance And Coordination, And Also Have A Positive Impact On The Cardiovascular System And The Mental Well-Being Of Seniors. As Part Of Classes Improving Physical Fitness, E.G. Fitness, Zumba/Dance Classes, Yoga/Streching As Well As Nordic Walking Are Planned.
