    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Postal Services In The National And Foreign Trade For The Lublin Regional Branch And 20 Arma Poviat Offices For A Period Of 12 Months From 01.11.2025. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Terms Of Receiving, Movement And Delivery Of Shipments, Ensuring Sending Parcels At The Operator Designated Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 23 November 2012 Employer Buildings To The Contractor Or At The Designated Operator, Hereinafter Also Called The Service. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes A Refund By The Contractor To The Employer Shipments After Exhausting The Possibility Of Their Delivery Or Issuing To The Addressee. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In Annex 1 And Annex 8 To This Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz.3. The Data On Planned Types And Quantities Of Shipments, Specified In Annex 1A To Swz, Are An Estimated, Constitute An Element Used To Calculate The Offer Price And Select The Best Offer And Do Not Constitute A Commitment To Send Shipments In The Type And Quantities Given In This Attachment. 4. Other Relevant Requirements Of The Employer Regarding The Subject Of The Contract And The Implementation Of The Contract Were Included In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 8 To Swz.
