The Detailed Scope Of The Works And The Method Of Their Performance Is Determined By The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Contract, Including In Particular: Project Documentation, Technical Specifications Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Works, Energy Audit, Protective Recommendations Indicated In The Ornithological And Chiropterological Opinion, And The Works Of Works, Developed For The Purposes Of This Order And Constituting Annex 3 To Swz. 3. Detailed Scope Of Obligations To Perform The Subject Of The Contract And The Rules Regarding Payment Can Be Found In The Template Of The Contract Constituting The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 281 Para. 1 Point 7 Of The Pop.
