    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design And Implementation Of The Access Road Renovation And Modernization Of The Parking Square In Front Of The Skyscraper Ul. Lwowska 36 In Lublin And The Authors Supervision. 2. Renovation Of The Access Road And Modernization Of The Parking Square Under The Skyscraper Ul. Lwowska 36 Includes: Renovation Of The Pavement Surface (63 M2) By Replacing The Existing Pavement With Concrete Cubes (Approx. 428 M2)), Replacement Of Curbs, Replacement Of The Edge, Repair Of Existing Stone Walls And Replacement Of Stairs Cladding, Installing Handrails On Renovated Stairs, Height Regulation Of Bituminous Conventions And Modernization Bituminous Surface For Paving Stones. 3. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 3.1. Preparation Of Project Documentation Of The Road Industry Based On A Functional And Utility Program (Annex 1 To Swz). 3.2. Performance Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation Approved By The Employer, Including The Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works, As Well As In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge As Well As The Principles And Conditions Of Health And Safety. 3.3. Performing Authors Supervision Over Works Performed On The Basis Of Project Documentation. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Planned Scope Of Work, Includes A Functional And Utility Program (Annex 1 To Swz).
