Listed In Any Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Name, Brand Or Origin Of Products Or Materials Are Not Obligatory For Contractors. Contractors Have The Right To Offer Other Equivalent Products Or Materials Provided That Technical, Technological, Utility And Quality Parameters Are Ensured, At Least Meeting Or Exceeding The Parameters Of Products Or Materials Required In Swz Or Attachments To Swz. The Obligation To Prove The Equivalence Of The Products Used, Materials, Etc. Will Rest With The Contractor. 5. The Required Warranty Period And Warranty For Defects Is A Minimum Of 60 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report, With The Warranty Period Is One Of The Offers Evaluation Criteria. 6.
