1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Modernization And Adaptation To The Applicable Regulations Of The Kowr Ot Olsztyn Archive Building At Ul. Bałtycka 63 In Olsztyn, In The Field Of Fire Safety, Installation Work And Equipment As Well As Access For Disabled People. 2. During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract (For An Absolute Period Of Conducting Works), The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Employees With The Archive Of The System Of Social Office Containers (For 4 People) Equipped With A Teletechnical And Electrical Installation Along With Radiators And Toilets Of Toilets Type Toi-Toi. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter Stwiorb), Which Constitute Annex 6 To Swz, As Well As In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Ppu), Which Constitute Annex 5 To Swz. 4. In The Case Of Indications In The Design Documentation, Stwiorb, Premiums, Swz Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, As Well As Norms, Technical Approvals And Reference Systems, The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With Art. 99 Para. 5 And 6 Of The Public Procurement Law, Allow The Offering Of Equivalent Materials Or Devices. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Utility Features, Which The Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor Must Meet To Meet The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Are Only A Qualitative Model Of The Subject Of The Contract. By The Term Minimum Quality Parameters And Utility Features, The Contracting Authority Understands The Requirements For Materials Or Devices Contained In Generally Available Sources, Catalogs, And Manufacturers Websites. Operating Examples Of The Manufacturers Names Is Only Aimed At Clarifying The Level Of Expectations Of The Employer In Relation To A Specific Solution. Using The Names Of Producers/Products Is Only An Exemplary Character. The Contracting Authority, Indicating The Designation Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product When Describing The Subject Of The Contract, At The Same Time Allows Equivalent Products With Qualitative Parameters And Utility Features At Least At The Level Of The Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Recognizing Every Product With The Indicated Or Better Parameters.
