Tenders Are Invited For Winter Maintenance Of Poviat Roads In The Masłów Commune In The Winter Season 2025/2026.

The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services At Winter Maintenance Of Poviat Roads In The Masłów Commune In The Winter Season 2025/2026. Winter Comprehensive Maintenance Of Poviat Roads Consists In Maintaining Passability On Poviat Roads Administered By The Poviat Road Administration In Kielce In The Winter In Accordance With The Adopted Standards, By Combating Winter Slippery The Effects Of Winter Owned By The Contractor. To Combat The Slippery Surface Of The Road Surface, The Contractor Will Use Its Own Material In The Form Of A Sand-Solid Mixture In A Ratio Of 90% Sand And 10% Road Salt. The Contractor Maintains The State Of Readiness To Take An Active Action From The Date Of Signing The Contract To April 30, 2026, So That The Start Of The Active Action In The Full Range Occurs Within 1 Hour Of The Circumstances Justifying The Commencement Of The Action Or Within 1 Hour Each Time The Suspended Action Began. Calculation Of Winter Road Maintenance Based On Actual Gps Indications And Monitoring Installed On The Contractor Equipment (Monitoring Devices (Monitoring Devices By Page (Monitoring Devices Ordering Party). The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Poviat Roads In The Masłów Commune With A Total Length Of 39.375 Km (In Accordance With Chapter Ii Opz - List Of Poviat Roads For Winter Maintenance). 500.00 Km, B) Fighting Slippery (Sprinkling With A Sand -Salt Mixture In A Ratio Of 90% Sand And 10% Road Salt Along The Entire Width Of The Road): 750.00 Km. In The Event Of Mild Weather Conditions (I.E. Those In Which The Contractor Does Not Perform The Services Referred To Above In Paragraph 3) For A Continuous Period Of Min. 15 Days In A Given Month, The Contractor Will Receive An Additional Remuneration For Maintaining The Readiness Of Equipment And A Driver In The Amount Of Pln 3,000.00 Gross Per Month In Addition To The Actually Performed Winter Road Maintenance Service In A Given Month. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Limiting The Amount Of Service Performed In Relation To The Quantity Indicated In Para. 3, Constituting The Basic Order, With The Guaranteed Minimum Amount Of Service Performed Is 50%. The Contractor May Not Demand Additional Remuneration Or Compensation If The Contracting Authority Does Not Use 100% Of The Basic Order.
