The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Execution Of Construction Works In The Field Of Retrofitting A Multi -Family Residential Building At Ul. Radzymińska 61 In Warsaw In 4 External Passenger Elevators Consisting In The Construction Of Elevator Shafts, Reinforced Concrete Pads And Assembly Of Crane Devices Together With A Reconstruction Consisting In Making Holes In The Outer Walls Of The Building With The Renovation Of Staircases; Land Development; Launching And Commissioning Of Crane Devices, Submitting The Application And Obtaining A Decision Of The Poviat Building Supervision Inspector On The Permit To Use Crane Devices Or A Certificate That This Authority Did Not Object To The Submitted Notification Of The Completion Of Construction Works, Located On Plots No. 8, 17, 110 Of The 4-14-01 Resources. And The Method Of Implementation Is Determined By The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract Together With The Documents Constituting Its Integral Part, I.E. The Design Documentation Specified In Detail In Chapter Xviii Para. 6 Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract (Annexes From No. 6 To No. 24) With The Proviso That The Issues Constituting Annex No. 23 Constitute An Auxiliary Material And Are Not The Basis For The Valuation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Designed Provisions Of The Contract Together With Attachments - Annex 25 To Swz.
