And Renovation Of Basement Wells; 2) Construction Project - Section Ii - Architectural And Construction Design - Only Renovation Of An Outbuilding Marked With Symbol C; 3) Construction Design - Section Iii - Conservation Work Program - Only Renovation Of An Outbuilding Marked With Symbol C; 4) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - In The Scope Of Works Covered By This Contract; 5) The Bill Of Quantities (Construction Works + Garden Works); 6) Guidelines For The Manner Regarding The Scope Of Works Covered By The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Project Documentation (Projects, Entities), Technical Specifications Of The Performance And Receipt Of Construction Works, The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, The Contract, As Well As In Accordance With Applicable Law, Norms And Principles Of Technical Knowledge As Well Administrative.
