The Subject Of The Contract Is A Construction Work Consisting In The Renovation Of The Roofing Of The Roof Of The Building Along With Roofing On The Entrance To The Building, Replacement Of The Entire Gutter System With Introduction To The Drainage System, Subrynar And Sedry Flashing Machining, Replacement Of Attic And Cornices, Vertical And Horizontal Machining And Repair Of All Chimneys And Attics (According To Attached (Attached Drawings), Assembly Of A New Lightning Protection (Ballast) Installation, Installation Of New Ladders, Assembly Of New Fans According To The Description In Stwiorb In Building No. 28 In Jw. 1551 Sieradz; 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Documentation Describing The Activities To Be Carried Out: Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex 3 To Swz And Bill Of Quantities - Connector 5 To Swz. Documents Are A Mutual Complement, Detail And Clarification Of The Work And Intended Quantities And Types Of Materials Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract. In Addition, The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of All Necessary Works, Including Those Not From The Above -Mentioned Attachments, I.E., Among Others, Temporary And Organizational Works, Protecting The Necessary For Proper Performance Of The Contract, And Necessary For Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. The Contractor Provides All Materials Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract On Its Own And At Its Own Expense. 4. The Order Should Be Made With Due Diligence, In Accordance With Currently Applicable Regulations And Technical Norms While Maintaining The Applicable Health And Safety Regulations As Well As Standards And Principles Of Building Art, Professional Ethics And Contract Provisions (Annex 4 To Swz). 5. Classification Of The Subject Of The Order According To The Joint Order Dictionary: 45400000-7-Robots In The Field Of Covering And Roof Structure6. The Contractor Will Grant The Contracting Authority To The Contractor For The Works And Installed Materials For A Period Of 60 Months From The Date Of Signing The Report Without Reservations. 7. The Ordering Party, Regardless Of The Rights Under The Warranty, Shall Be Entitled To Full Rights Under The Warranty On The Terms And Within The Time Limits Arising From The Act Of 23 April 1964 Civil Code. 8. For The Implementation Of The Order, It Is Allowed To Use Materials Or Equivalent Solutions (But With Parameters Not Worse Than Indicated) To The Contract Mentioned In The Documents (In Particular In Stwiorb). The Contractor, Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Contracting Authority, Is Obliged To Show In The Offer That The Materials Or Solutions He Offers Meet The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority.
