1. The Subject Of The Order Is Thermomodernization Of The Indoor Swimming Pool Building At Ul. Kłodzka 16 In Nowa Ruda Lying In The Regional Center For Active Tourism. The Scope Of The Investment Includes In Particular: • Replacement Of The Central Mechanical Ventilation System Including The Installation Of A New Supply And Exhaust Installation, Installation Of New Ventilation Units With Heat Recovery From The Exhaled Air And The System Of Automatic Control, • Modernization Of The Hot Water Preparation System Including The Installation Of Air/Water Pump Assembly. Insulation Of Walls With Sandwich Panels, • Roof Insulation With Sandwich Panels, • Replacement Of External Doors Of The Pool Hall, • Liquidation Of The Polycarbonate Facade, • Liquidation Of Existing Windows, • Installation Of New Windows, • Assembly Swimming Pool, • The Use Of A Micro Cogeneration System. Location: The Indoor Swimming Pool Is Located At Ul. Kłodzka 16, 57-402 Nowa Ruda, Located On Registration Plot No. 2/26, Am-3, 8-Loot Precinct, Plot Id: 020804_1.0008.Ar_3.2/26. 2. The Contractors Liability Under The Warranty And Warranty For Defects In The Subject Of The Contract Will End After A Minimum Of Min. 36 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance. 3. The Contractor Should Take The Grounds For The Valuation On His Own, So That The Scope Of Work Contained In The Valuation - Ensures The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Manner Specified In Swz And The Attachments Referred To In Point 6.4. The Contracting Authority Adopted A Flat -Rate Remuneration In The Tender Procedure As A Form Of Remuneration. The Number Of Works Constitute Only Auxiliary Material And Does Not Constitute Grounds For Determining The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Read In Conjunction With Swz Including Project Documentation And Technical Specifications Of The Implementation And Acceptance Of Works. It Is Believed That The Contractor Has Thoroughly Read The Detailed Description Of The Works That Should Be Carried Out And How To Perform Them.
