Tenders Are Invited For Performance Of Renovation And Proof Works In A Mixed Building At Ul. Waryńskiego 3.

1. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Performance Of Works And Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Performing Renovation And Reproductive Works In A Residential Building At Ul. Waryński 3. The Order Of The Contract Will Consist In Particular In The Implementation Of Reinforcements Of External Walls And Finishing Works, Such As The Finish Of The Facade With A New Painting Coating With The Embedding Of New Carpenters. The Order Of The Order Includes, Among Others Plaster Defects,- Execution Of Painting Works Of The Rear And Lateral Facade,- Replacement Of Window Joinery,- Renovation Of The Entrance Door,- Cleaning Works,- Finishing Works. 2. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With: 1) The Project Documentation Owned By The Employer (Annex 9 To Swz), 2) Technical Specification And Acceptance Of Works (Annex 11 To Swz), 4) Conditions Resulting From Applicable Law, 5) Requirements Arising From Applicable Norms And Technical Approvals, 6) Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Building Art. The Flat -Rate, Items Of Works Are Only An Auxiliary Nature And Are Used To Specify The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Are Aimed At Illustrate The Scale Of Construction Works And Help Contractors Estimate The Investment Costs. In Order To Make A Fully Valuation Of Works, Each Of The Contractors Is Obliged To Read The Design Documentation, Stwior And The Provisions Of This Swz Before Submitting The Offer. Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Treated As Mutually Explaining And Complementary In This Sense That In The Event Of Any Ambiguity Or Ambiguity, The Contractor Will Not Be Able To Limit The Scope Of His Obligation Or Due Diligence. In The Event That The Design Documentation Does Not Provide In Detail The Technology Of Performing Works Or Performing A Specific Element Of The Entire Order, Or Does Not Specify Sufficiently The Type And Standard Of Materials Or Devices, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain A Decision In This Respect From The Contracting Authority In Advance Of Each Time. 3. The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To: 1) Enabling Access To The Construction Site And Insight Into The Documentation Of Construction Representatives Of Authorized Bodies; 2) Organizing And Securing The Works Area; 3) Ensuring The Appropriate Conditions Of Occupational Health And Safety And Environmental Protection At The Workplace And Its Surroundings; 4) In The Event Of Such Necessity, Ensuring Work In Afternoon, On Saturday, Sundays And Holidays; 5) Corresponding To The Quality Of The Requirements Specified In The Act Of 16 April 2004 On Construction Products (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1213); 6) Removal Of Unnecessary Waste Generated During The Contract Outside Of The Works In Accordance With The Principles Of Utilization And Storage Of Waste Materials Specified By The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (I.E. , Item 1587, As Amended); 7) Providing Approp
