1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Called Development Of The Green Area At 1 Maja Street In Konstantynów Łódzki. 2. The Order Includes Land Development As A Green Square On The Plot With Registration Number 163/3, Precinct K-12, Konstantynów Łódzki Commune, Pabianice Poviat. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Referred To In Para. 1 And 2, Includes In Particular: - Construction Of Pedestrian Routes From The Permeable Mineral Surface, - Construction Of A Water Supply Connection, - Hydration, - Plant Supply And Planting, - Making A Rain Garden In The Form Of Retention Basin, - Delivery And Assembly Of Elements Of Small Architecture (Including Benches, Seats, Pergols, Educational Boards, - Hotel For Insects), Execution, Delivery And Assembly Of The Information Board Regarding The Co -Financing Of The Task. 4. The Detailed Scope Of Work And The Method Of Their Performance Is Determined By The Design Documentation And Detailed Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Constituting Annex 9 To The Specification Of The Contract Terms (Swz), Taking Into Account The Explanations And Changes Made By The Contracting Authority During The Public Procurement Procedure - If They Took Place. 5. The Contractors Remuneration Is A Lump Sum, Which Is The Equivalent Of The Contractors Benefit Described In The Design Documentation Indicated In Point 4 And In Stwiorb. 6. The Bill Of Quantities Is An Auxiliary, Which Means That In The Event That A Given Type Of Work Or Their Measurement Or Their Scope Was Included In The Design Documentation Or In Stwiorb - The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Type Of Works Indicated There Or Their Measurement Or Their Scope In Accordance With The Design Documentation Or Stwiors As Part Of A Flat -Rate Remuneration, Even If A Given Type Of Work Or Their Measurement Was Not Included In The Previous Work. All Robots And Materials Delivered Will Be In Line With Design Documentation And Stwiorb. In The Event That Materials Or Robots Are Not Fully Compatible With The Design Documentation Or Stwiorb And This Will Affect The Unsatisfactory Quality Of Construction Works, Such Materials Will Be Replaced By Others, And The Elements Made Will Be Demolished And Re -Made At The Contractors Expense. 8. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed In Accordance With The Design Documentation Of Stwiorb And Applicable Law, Construction Art, Technical Knowledge Concluded With The Contracting Contract, Arrangements With The Ordering Party Made During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. 9. Works Related To The Construction Of The Connection Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Technical Conditions No. 125/2025 Issued On September 2, 2025 By Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Commune Konstantynów Łódzki Sp.
