Tenders Are Invited For Performance Of Toilets In The Building Of The District Clinic In Olsztynek

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Renovation Of Five Toilets Located In The Building Of The Municipal Health Center Of The Public Health Care Center In Olsztynek At Ul. Chopin 11, Including: 1) Demolition Of Part Of The Partition Walls, 2) Formed Existing Tiles, 3) Dismantling Of The Fittings, 4) Replacement Of The Front Door, 5) Replacement Of The Electrical And Sanitary Installation, 6) Assembly Of The New Bathroom Fittings, 7) Assembly Of New Lighting, 8) Performing New Underfloor Inlets. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Pre -City Of Works Constituting Annex 7 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz.3. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract To The Extent Specified In The Preface Of Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Stwior - Annexes 5 And 6 To Swz.4. The Scope Of Work On The Implementation Of Furniture Buildings Together With The Glass And Roller Blind In The Registration Does Not Fall Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract And Should Not Be Taken Into Account When Calculating The Offer Price. 5. Design Documentation, Stwior Or Bill Of Quantities May Indicate Trademarks Or Origin For Some Materials Or Devices. The Employer Allows The Offer Of Materials And Devices Equivalent To The Works Indicated In The Project Documentation, Stwior Or The Pre -City Of Works, Provided That They Ensure That They Provide Parameters At Least At The Same Level As Assumed In The Design Documentation, Stwior Or A Pre -Office Of Works And Will Not Be Worse In Terms Of: 1) Usable Nature Understood As The Identity Of The Function, 2) Technical Parameters Understood As Strength And Durability, 3) Safety Of Use. 6. In Any Case, When The Employer In Swz Refers To Norms, European Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, Equivalent Solutions Are Allowed. 7. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out By The Contractor In The Active Building Of The Municipal Health Center Of The Public Health Care Center In Olsztynek, And Therefore The Manner Of Its Implementation Requires Agreement With The Employer In Order To Ensure The Proper Functioning Of The Facility During This Period. Works Related To The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Characterized By A Special Nuisance For People Staying In The Building (Work Of High Noise) Must Be Carried Out From 16:00 To 7:00 On Weekdays And Around The Clock On Non -Working Days. 8. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Exercise Order And Caution When Performing The Subject Of The Contract And After Its Completion, Therefore He Will Have To Make Every Effort To Protect Against Destruction, Dirt Or Damage To Solid, Movable Elements, All Equipment Of The Building, As Well As Individual Rooms.
