5.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Task Entitled Development Of Project And Cost Documentation For The Reconstruction Of The Opoczno Lagoon As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Management Of Rainwater In The Municipality Of Opoczno5.2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Comprehensive Design And Cost Documentation For The Reconstruction Of The Lagoon In Opoczno Located On Plots No. 36/1, 36/2 Pre-In Precinct On The Basis Of An Existing Technical Concept, Variant No. 2. The Basic Purpose Of The Subject Of The Contract Is To Increase The Speed Of Water Exchange In The Tank And Increase The Retention Functionality Of The Reservoir, Based On A Friendly Environment And Means Strengthening The Resistance Of The Aquatic Ecosystem, 5.3. As Part Of The Subject Of The Agreement, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Develop Project And Cost Documentation To The Necessary Extent, Enabling The Application To The Architectural And Construction Administration Authority Of Construction Works And Obtain A Certificate Of No Grounds For Objection Or Obtaining A Building Permit (If Required) In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, Hereinafter Building Law), Including: A) Development Of A Construction Project With Bioz Information - 4 Copies In Paper And 1 Copy In Electronic Version (Pdf And Dwg), B) Preparation Of Investor Cost Estimates - 2 Copies In Paper Version And 1 Copy In Electronic Version (Pdf And Ath), C) Development (Pdf And Ath), D) Development Of Technical Specifications For The Performance And Acceptance Of Works - 2 Copies In Paper And 1 Copy In Electronic Version (Pdf And Doc), 2) Conducting Environmental Impact Assessment And Natura 2000 Area, In Accordance With The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Society In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Protection And Environmental Assessments Applicable Polish And Eu Regulations On Environmental Protection, 3) Obtaining A Document Issued By The State Water Farm Polish Waters Confirming The Compliance Of Investments With Environmental Purposes; 4) Submitting On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority Notification Of Construction Works And Obtaining A Certificate Of No Grounds For Raising An Objection Or Obtaining A Building Permit (If Required), 5) Exercising Authors Supervision On The Investment Based On The Prepared Documentation. 5.4.
