Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Chairs, Armchairs And Sofas To The Rooms Of The Personality And Nevice Treatment Disorders Department - Zp -26/25

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Contractor To Be Carried Out To The Employer Of A Task Of Supplying Equipment In The Form Of Chairs, Armchairs And Sofas For The Rooms Of The Department Of Personality And Nervous Disorders (3Rd Floor Of Hospital Building No. 102) Of The Clinical Hospital Dr. J. Babiński Sp Zoz In Krakow. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Implementation And Delivery Of Equipment, Which Was Indicated In Detail In The Price Form - Annex 1.1 To Swz.2. The Order Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of A Shared Contractor By The Employer Project Documentation Of Interior Design And Equipment For Rooms Of The 3Rd Floor Of The Hospital Building No. 102, Constituting An Attachment To This Swz, I.E.: General Technical Specification Of The Implementation And Acceptance Of Works, Detailed Technical Specifications-Part Iv-Chairs, Seats And Sofas, Authorship Jacek Łukaszuk Based In Białystok, And Based On The Provisions Of This Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, Registration Of The Contract Template - Annex 4 To Swz, And In Accordance With The Requirements And Arrangements Of The Contractor With The Ordering Party. 3. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Subject Of The Contract Be Brand New, Does Not Have Any Signs Of Use And Should Not Be Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties And That All Materials Used For The Production Of The Subject Of The Contract Have Relevant Approvals And Certificates And Have The Appropriate Required Approvals Regarding The Finished Product, Which Will Provide Approvals And Certificates With The Subject Of The Contract. In Addition, The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Good Quality And Approved For Market. The Contractor Will Declare That No Element Of The Subject Of The Contract Or Any Part Of It Is Not Reconciled, And Not Used Before Another Entity. The Subject Of The Contract Will Have Certificates Required By Regulations, Certificates In The Scope Of Materials From Which It Will Be Made. 4. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Supplied Equipment In Full And The Materials Used. 5. The Warranty Period And The Warranty For The Delivered Subject Of The Contract Is 24 Months, Calculated From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Report.
