    The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Bus For The Transport Of Disabled People (Minimum One Disabled Person In A Wheelchair). A Place For A Disabled Person Obtained After Dismantling The Seats In The Back Of The Bus Passenger Space. The Number Of Places On The Bus:- Seating 15 Passengers + 1 Driver, After Taking Into Account 1 Person In A Wheelchair In A Vehicle, 10 Passengers Can Travel In The Vehicle + 1 Driver And 1 Place For A Disabled Person Traveling In A Wheelchair (Created After Dismantling A Part Of The Seats) Vehicle) Must Have Approval Confirming Adaptation To The Transport Of Disabled People In Wheelchairs, It Is Not Allowed To Adapt To The Transport Of Disabled People Confirmed At The Diagnostic Station Or Individual Permits. Service For Servicing A Wheelchair, Belts Attaching Wheelchair, Seat Belts For A Person In A Wheelchair. 2. General Requirements Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) A Factory New Bus, Unregistered, Year Of Production Not Older Than 2025, 2) The Vehicle Should Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations In Accordance With The Road Traffic Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended), Together With Enforcement Provisions And Meet The Minimum Requirements And Meet The Minimum Requirements In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex No. 8 To Swz.3. As Part Of This Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Employer With Full Technical Documentation Of The Car And At His Own Expense The Customers Full Technical Documentation And The Documentation Necessary For Registration And Insurance, In Particular: 1) Certificate Of Compliance In Incomplete Vehicle2) Certificate Of Compliance Of The Republic Of Poland Or An Equivalent Document On The Basis Of Which It Will Be Possible To Register The Vehicle For Its Intended Purpose, 4) A Warranty Card With Detailed Warranty Conditions In Polish, 5) Dtr Documentation In Paper Version, 6) Service Book In Polish;
