    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Tanks For Transporting And Distributing Drinking Water. 2. Name/Y And Code/Y Common Order Dictionary: (Cpv): 34144212-7 Tanker For Water Transport. 3. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Right Of The Option In Accordance With Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Option Of The Option Consists In The Possibility Of Extending The Basic Order With Additional Deliveries To The Extent Specified In Swz. The Option Of The Right Will Take Place By Submitting A Declaration Of Will Of The Contracting Authority, In Writing, Within The Date Of The Contract. 4. The Basic Scope Of The Order Includes The Supply Of 5 Tanks For Transporting And Distribution Of Drinking Water, Including:  3 Pieces Of Tanks For Transporting And Distributing Drinking Water With A Capacity Of 5000 L. On The Trailer,  2 Pieces Of Tanks For Transporting And Distribution Of Drinking Water With A Capacity Of 1300 L. On The Trailer. 5. The Scope Of The Option Of The Options Includes The Possibility Of Ordering An Additional Up To 1 Item Of A Tanker For Transport And Distribution Of Drinking Water With A Capacity Of 1300 L. On The Trailer On The Price And Quality Conditions Of The Basic Scope. 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is In Annex 1 To Swz.7. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place To One Of The Employers Facilities, Located In The City Of Biała Podlaska, After Determining The Delivery Address At The Stage Of The Contract.
