    1) The Subject Of The Contract Is A One-Time Brokerage Service Consisting In Purchasing The Manufacturers Insurance Services (Service Contracts) For The Contracting Authority For The Two Fortigate-401F Devices, Three Fortigate-40F And One Fortigate-30E, According To Annex 1 To The Template Of The Contract. Services Will Be Provided Based On The Rules In Force At The Manufacturer Of Fortinet Devices, Which Are On The Website: Www.Ortinet.Com.2) In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Clearly Indicated The Scope, Time And Level Of The Website For Fortigate Devices Owned By The Employer. Therefore, The Contractor May Not Offer Other Services Than Those Indicated In Annex 1 To The Template Of The Contract. 3) The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor Has The Manufacturers Rights Of The Offered Equipment And Service Contracts For Their Sale. 4) A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Contract Template, Constituting Annex 7 To Swz.
