    Work Detail

    1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Performing Protective Activities In Patches Of Photocopier Habitats (Including Rock Turns) And Forest Habitats In The Following Nature Reserves In The Krakow Poviat: Mnikowska Valley, Kajasówka. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz. 2 Protective Actions Planned Within The Natura 2000 Areas Will Consist Of: A) Selective Removal Of Excessive Amounts Of Trees And Shrubs By: Cutting, Pulling/Grubbing, Ringing Of Specimens In The Patches Of Photocopier Habitats (Rock Grasslands, Photocopier Grasslands, Jałowiec Jałowiec In Exposure Turf) Shrubs, Raid And Tree Underlying) In The Forest Area (Orchid Beech), C) Mowing Grasslands, D) Biomass Utilization Formed As A Result Of The Above Actions. 3. Ordering Party - Based On Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Act - It Requires That The Contractor Or Subcontractor Employ On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Persons Directed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Perform Activities Consisting Of Physical Work, Such As Mowing, Cutting, Ringing, Grubbing, Gathering Biomass, If The Performance Of These Activities Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 Labor Code (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465, Of 2024, Item 878, 1222). 4. Ordering Entitlements In The Scope Of Controlling The Contractor Compliance With The Requirements Specified In Point 3 And Sanctions For Their Failure To Meet Them Are Set Out In Annex 4 To The Swz -Project Of The Agreement.
