The Subject Of The Mutual Is The Rocky Supplies Of Various Foodstuffs And Other Subjects Of The Order-Mineral Water For The Needs Of The Professional Activity Plant Created In Strzyżów (Rynek 15) As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Zaz In Strzyżów, No. Fepk.07.15-Ip.01-0036/24, Priority No. Fepk.07 Human Capital Ready To Change Podkarpacie 2021–20272. A Detailed Description Of The Subjects Of The Contract, The Estimated Quantity And Requirements Are Presented By: Price And Offering Form (Annex 1 To Swz), Which Is An Integral Part Of Swz.3. The Contracting Authority Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. Thus, The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers Referred To In Art. 7 Point 15 Of The Public Procurement Law. Reasons Of Failure To Divide: • All Deliveries Include Foods For Similar Purpose (Current Supply Of The Unit), And Their Separation Would Not Bring Objective Organizational Or Economic Benefits; • The Conclusion Of One Contract With One Contractor Allows Efficient Management Of Orders And Guarantees Uninterrupted Food Supply And Mineral Water, Which Is Important For The Proper Functioning Of The Unit; • Cooperation With One Supplier Conducting Separate Acceptance Procedures, Quality Control And Invoicing For Many Contractors; • The Separation Of The Contract Could Increase The Amount Of Administrative Work (More Contracts, More Suppliers, Greater Risk Of Qualitative Discrepancies); • Supplies Of Food And Mineral Water Than One Contractor Facilitate The Enforcement Of Uniform Quality Standards And Compliance With Hygiene-Sanitary Requirements
