The Subject Of The Contract Is: Provision Of Postal Services In The National And Foreign Trade For The Mazowieckie Regional Branch And 37 Of The Poviat Offices Of The Agency For Restructuring And Modernization Of Agriculture In 2024, Including The Contractors Broadcasting By The Operator With A Designated Letter Shipment, For Which The Provisions Recognize That The Submission Of A Letter In The Post Office Of The Designated Operator Is Equivalent To The Court Or The Date Of Submitting The Letter Is Considered To Be Preserved If The Letter Was Given In The Designated Operators Facility Before Its Expiry - Including The Conditions Set Out In Art. 57 § 5 Point 2 Of The Code Of Administrative Procedure, Art. 165 § 2 Of The Code Of Civil Procedure And Art. 12 § 6 Point 2 Of The Tax Ordinance Act, Art. 580 Para. 2 Sentence 2 Pzp, Art. 83 § 3 Of The Law On Proceedings Before Administrative Courts, Art. 17 Postal Law, In Particular: • Acceptance, Movement, Delivery And Phrases: A. Unregistered National Shipments, B. Domestic Shipments Of The Fastest Category, C. Registered National Shipments, D. National Shipments Registered With Confirmation Of Receipt, E. Domestic Shipments Of The Fastest Category, F. National Shipments Registered The Fastest Category With Confirmation Of Receipt.
