Tenders Are Invited For Furniture Delivery As Part Of The Project Entitled Competent Professional - Satisfaction For Yourself And Others

3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Sentence: Furniture Delivery As Part Of The Project Entitled: Competent Professional-Satisfaction For Yourself And Others Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program European Funds For Łódź For Łódź For 2021-2027.3.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 8 To Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Range And Price Form Together With The Offer - Annex 1A To Swz - Contractors Own Document - Containing The Name Of The Product Offered, Manufacturers Name And Catalog Number Or Symbol Identifying The Product And At Least Gross Unit Price In Pln. If The Manufacturer Does Not Give A Catalog Number Or Symbol, The Contractor Describes No Category / Symbol Number. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Delivery, Submitting, Setting To The Indicated Rooms And Assembly In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party At The Headquarters At The Headquarters, New, Unique Furniture, In Particular: Wardrobes, Chests Of Drawers, School Benches, School Chairs, Desk, Class Bookcase, Storage Bookcase, Storage Bookcase. 3.3. The Offered Subject Of The Contract Must: A) Correspond To Qualitative And Technical Standards, Resulting From Functions And Purpose, B) The Subject Of The Contract Is To Be Free From Material, Construction, Physical And Legal Defects) The Subject Of The Contract Cannot Be Charged With Any Rights To Third Parties. 3.4. The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor In The Price Of The Offer: A) Due Diligence In The Implementation Of The Contract Obligations, B) Ensuring Transport, Submitting The Subject Of The Contract To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party, C) The Contractor Will Provide, Submit/Assemble And Assemble The Subject Of The Contract At His Own Expense And Risk In The Rooms Indicated By The Employer. (Colors To Choose From By The Ordering Party Based On The Colors Of The Ral Color Palette, In Particular In Accordance With Opz), D) Before Starting The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Verify The Dimensions Of The Furniture Given In Swz, E) Delivery Of The Contracting Authority At The Request Of The Ordering Party Together With The Delivery Of In Particular Detailed Operating And Maintenance Instructions, Warranty Cards And Certificates Referred To In Opz. All Of The Above -Mentioned Documents Will Be Forwarded In The Polish Language Version, F) Granting A Warranty On The Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of At Least 12 Months, Subject To Another Indicated In Opz.3.5. Note: Whenever The Documentation Was Indicated In The Product Or Origin Of The Product Or Device, It Should Be Assumed That Each Name Is The Word Or Equivalent, I.E.
