Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of 1 Pcs. Oil Container Boiler Room With A Capacity Of 500 Kw

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 1 Pc. Oil Container Boiler Room With A Capacity Of 500 Kw, In The Scope And On The Conditions Specified In Swz Together With Attachments, Including In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Template Of The Contract. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, Among Others ,:1) Supply And Unloading Of The Boiler Room In The Place Indicated By The Employer, 2) Trial Starting Of The Boiler Room, 3) Complete Filling Of Dedicated Fuel, 4) Conducting Training Of Persons Indicated By The Employer In The Field Of Boiler Room Service, 5) Providing Documentation (Operating Instructions, Dtr, Warranty Conditions And Warranty Card) .3. General Requirements: 1) The Supplied Boiler Room Must Be Brand New, Wholesome, Free Of Defects, Made In Accordance With Industry Standards, In Complete And Fit For Use, I.E. Guaranteeing Its Use In Accordance With The Intended Purpose Without Making Additional Purchases Of Elements And Accessories; 2) The Supplied Boiler Room Must Be Produced Not Earlier Than In 2023; 3) The Boiler Room Must Be Available To Work In Poland And Come From The Official Distribution Channel In The European Union, Efta (European Free Trade Association) Or Eea (European Economic Area); 4) The Supplied Boiler Room Must Meet The Provisions Of Directive 2006/42/Ce - Machine Safety; 5) The Supplied Boiler Room Should Meet The Requirements In Terms Of Health And Safety, It Should Be Consistent With The Applicable Regulations In This Respect; 6) At The Moment Of Delivery. The Fuel Refuel With A Minimum Of 10% Of The Tank Capacity, After Starting Tests For Receipt, The Boiler Room Should Be Filled With Fully Dedicated Fuel; 7) The Indicated Requirements Under This Order Constitute Minimum Parameters. The Boiler Room Delivered By The Contractor May Have Better Parameters Than Indicated. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) To Comply With Internal Ordinances And Instructions On The Principles Of Entering And Staying In The Facilities Of The Entity To Which The Boiler Room Will Be Delivered, And Complying With The Instructions Of Protection Of Facilities And Employees Of The Facilities; 2) Conducting Start Tests Before Receiving The Boiler Room; 3) Delivery Of Documentation (Including: Operating Instructions, Dtr, Warranty Conditions And Warranty Card); 4) And Post -Warranty In Poland; 5) Performing Service And Maintenance Of The Supplied Boiler Room For The Warranty Period In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations; 6) Ensuring The Response Time For The Reported Failure And Restoring The Functioning Of The Boiler Room To 5 Working Days (Without Replacing The Components); 7) Conducting The Training Of Persons Indicated By The Contracting Authority In The Operation Of The Equipment.
