    Work Detail

    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Successive Delivery Of New Plastic Bags For Collecting Selective Municipal Waste For The Needs Of Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej Limited Liability In Goleniów2. The Contracting Authority Plans To Buy The Following Quantities Of Sacks - Basic Quantity Of The Order: A) Yellow Bag 120L - 700,000 Pcs. B) Green Bag 120L - 300,000 Pcs. Pcs.] 3. Settlement Will Take Place On The Actually Ordered Number Of Bags And Unit Prices Indicated In The Offer For Each Of The Types Of Bags. 4. The Parameters Of The Bags Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Pn-En 13592 Standard And Directive 94/64/Ec Or Equivalent, That Is A Minimally Meeting The Parameters Given In The Abovementioned Regulations Regarding Sacks Used For Selective Waste Collection In Households. 5. Delivery Of Bags Will Be Confirmed By The Receiving Protocol Written On The Day Of Delivery Between The Contracting Authority And The Contractor. Before Signing The Acceptance Protocol, The Contractor Will Present The Necessary Approvals Described In Point 5.10 - 5.11 Siwz.6. Place Of Delivery: Pg.K. Base Area Sp. Z O.O. In Goleniów, Ul And Brigades Of Legionów 17 C, 72-100 Goleniów.
