The Sawla-Tuna-Kalba District Assembly in the Savannah Region of the Republic of Ghana intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation from its share of the District Assembly Common Fund/Responsive Factor Grant (DACF-RFG) to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Procurement of Works as stated below 2. Tendering would be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) process specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended, as well as the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority. 3. A complete set of Tender Documents may be purchased in the Office of the District Procurement Unit for a non-refundable fee of GHS 500.00 or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency, for each set. Interested Tenderers may obtain further information from same address below; 4. Tender shall be valid for a period of 90 days after tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by Tender Security of 2% in the form of Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee from a Commercial Bank, or Bid Bond from a Reputable Insurance Firm currently in good standing with the National Insurance Commission.
