    The Community Of Retz-En-Valois Communes (Ccrv) Was Born On January 1, 2017 From The Merger Of The Community Of Villers-Cotterêts / Forest Of Retz (Ccrv) And That Of The Pays De La Vallée De Laisne (Ccpva), Extended To 12 Municipalities In The Community Of Communes Of Ourcq And Clignon (Ccoc). The Mission Of The Spanc Is To Carry Out Control Of All New And Existing Sanitation Systems Under Articles L 2224-8 And L2224-10 Of The General Code Of Local Authorities. The Community Of Municipalities Retz-En-Valois Wished To Be Entrusted To A Service Provider In A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders The Following Missions:-Operating And Maintenance Verification: This Concerns Two Specific Cases. On The One Hand, The Installations Requiring Control As Part Of Real Estate Changes That The Installation Has Already Been Checked Or Not. On The Other Hand The Periodic Controls Of Proper Functioning On The Entire Installation Park Of The Ccrv. - Good Execution Control Of New Or Rehabilitated Installations: Verification Of The Compliance Of The Installation During A Site Visit Made Before Backfilling On The Basis Of The Design/Implantation Control Provided, When Carried Out, By The Ccrv. These Services Are Requested For Installations Of Less Than 20 Eh But Also For Those Between 20 And 199 Eh. The Specific And Technical Provisions Are Described In The Cctp Of This Consultation
