Upper Malina, Region. Sofia (District), 2. Lot 2 “Exercise Construction Supervision Of A Site: Major Renovation And Reconstruction Of 21 Street 287A Until After Fr. 291, In The Village Of Gorna Malina , 3 Lot No. 3 “Exercise Construction Supervision Of The Site:“ Construction Of A New Street From T. 58 To Fr. 16 In The Village Of St. St. 4 Lot No. 4 Exercise Construction Supervision Of Site: Reconstruction Of A Water Supply Network To The Site: Construction Of A New Street From P. 58 To P. 16 In The Village Of St. St. The Service For Each Of The Lots Covers: Implementation Of Construction Supervision During Construction On All Types Of Construction Works, Which Are Fulfilled By The Builder Of The Respective Site, In Accordance With The Legal Powers And Obligations Of The Contractor As A Person Exercising Construction Supervision Regulated In Art. 166, Art. 168, Art. 176A Zut. Construction Supervision Is Implemented In The Mandatory Scope In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Spatial Planning Act, The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 3 Of 2003 On The Preparation Of Acts And Protocols During Construction, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of Ordinance No. Rd-02-20 Of February.1. And By -Laws In The Field Of Construction In Bulgaria. The Exercise Of Construction Supervision Aims At Qualitative Implementation Of The Construction Works, For Which It Will Monitor A Qualified Consultant. The Consultant Will Carry Out “Construction Supervision” Under The Spatial Planning Act. The Consultant Is Responsible For The Implementation Of All The Requirements Of The Bulgarian Legislation Regarding The Construction Supervision Of The Types Of Construction Works. The Consultant Acts In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Bulgarian Laws, Which Regulate The Actions To Be Carried Out And The Acts To Be Drawn Up In The Process Of Carrying Out The Construction:
