    Firefighting Vehicles-Delivery Of A Heavy Rescue And Firefighting Car For The Needs Of The Volunteer Fire Brigade Unit In Dobre Miasto. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Heavy Rescue And Fire -Fighting Car For The Needs Of The Volunteer Fire Brigade Unit In Dobre Miasto. 2. The Contractor Will Provide The Subject Of The Contract With A Factory New, Year Of Production Not Older Than 2024, Free From Construction, Material Defects, Without Signs Of Previous Operation And Not The Subject Of The Rights Of Third Parties. The Contractor Guarantees That The Materials Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Of Good Quality, New And Free From Defects. The Contractor Is Responsible For Their Quality. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Made Of Materials For Which Relevant Certificates, Approvals And Approvals (Decisions) Of Certifying Units Were Issued Or Are Made Of Materials Compatible With Polish Standards Transferring European Standards Harmonized Or Equivalent Standards. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Must Have A Current Certificate Of Admission Issued By Cnbop-Pib For The Entire Vehicle After Its Development In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Interior And Administration Of June 20, 2007 On The List Of Products To Ensure Public Safety Or Health And Life Protection, As Well As The Rules For Issuing Admission Of These Products For Use (Journal Of Laws Of 2007, No. 143, Item Item, From 2018, Item Road Traffic Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended), Together With The Executive Provisions. 2) Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Interior And Administration Of 20 June 2007 On The List Of Products To Ensure Public Safety Or Health And Life Protection, As Well As The Principles Of Issuing Admission Of These Products For Use (Journal Of Laws No. 143, Item Item Anti -Corruption, Border Guard, Fiscal Control, Customs, Prison And Fire Brigade (Journal Of Laws 2019 Item 594).
