An Administration/Office Area For Eight (8) Warehouse Staff With Required Facilities. C. Security Guard House D. All Required Building Services/Hvac/Electrical/Elv/It E. External Chemical Drainage System Including Chemical Holding Concrete Tanks F. Dedicated Temperature-Controlled Store For Small Packing Containers And Lab Chemicals. G. Hard Standing, Loading Dock, Area For Parking Delivery Vehicles And Waste Material Storage Yard,, H. Access Roads, Security Fence, Access Control, Cctv, Anpr I. Fire & Gas Detection And Alarm System J. Stormwater Drainage, Including Collection Tanks For Chemical Spillage K. Hard & Soft Landscaping And Irrigation L. Material Handling Equipment With Storage Area And Charging Facility. M.
