Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Fire Fighting And Emergency Response Services

Tenders are invited for Provision of Fire Fighting and Emergency Response Services. Upon receipt of a written request from the Bidder, the Operator will send the Tender Documentation to such Bidder by e-mail without any responsibility for loss or late delivery. Please note that in order to be considered for further evaluation under this Tender, the Bidders as a minimum shall: - provide the copies of valid certificates of Quality Management System ISO 9001, Safety Management System IS0 45001, Environment Management System ISO 14001 (or equivalent documents) conforming to the requirements for the Republic of Iraq; - provide a copy of recognized certificate confirmed a Member of JOIFF ((Joint Oil and Industry Fire Forum); - Availability of Bidders HQ or branch office in Iraq (Baghdad, Badra or Basra); - be experienced in provision of the works/services, similar to the works/services required by the Operator under this Tender during last 10 years (Bidder shall provide recommendation letters, contracts or any other documents); - be ready to provide sufficient evidence about number of Remote Firefighting and Emergency Response (FF&ER) projects in Middle East including Iraq (Bidder shall provide recommendation letters, contracts or any other documents); - submit CVs and copies of trainings certificates for FF&ER Lead Team Leaders (2 Expats) and FF&ER Team Leaders (6 Iraqi National employees); - provide a valid Holmatro and Ziegler training certificates for FF & ER Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Engineer contract effective date or letter of guaranty confirming training and certification before contract effective. Certification shall be valid during the contract duration; - provide Guarantee Letter confirming employment of acting FF&ER Team (Expats and Local Personnel) on Badra project without salary downward alteration; - provide firefighting & emergency response training programs; - provide IASP (International Association for Safety Professionals) training for FF & ER Local Team Members training programs; - provide training programs according to NFPA / UK fire standards; - provide Procedures and schedule for maintenance of fire trucks and portable/mobile equipment, fire extinguishers and consumables; - provide Guarantee Letter confirming full compliance with Scope of Work; - be ready to provide the bank guarantee (performance bond) in the amount of 5% of the contract price in IQD (Iraqi Dinars), in case of contract award; - comply with the Operators HSE requirements; - comply with the Operators security requirements and provide required for security verification documents in accordance with Chapter V, of the ITB; - accept key terms and conditions of the draft contract provided by the Operator under this Tender.
