Tenders are invited for Purchase and Supply of Livestock, Fodder, and Animal Production Tools to the Governorates (Abyan, Lahj, Hadhramaut) Tender documents can be obtained from the link in the announcement. Please note that a deposit of 15,000 Yemeni riyals must be paid to the cashier at the Direct Aid Office upon submission of the sealed envelope, otherwise the bid will not be accepted. The bid shall be submitted in one original and two copies in a sealed envelope, sealed with red wax, bearing the name of the entity, the project, the tender number, and the name of the bidder. It shall be valid for (90) days from the date of opening the envelopes, and shall contain the following documents: A bank guarantee in the same format as specified in the tender documents, at a rate of (2.5%) of the total bid value, valid for (90) days from the date of opening the envelopes, or an acceptable check. 1. A copy of a valid registration and classification certificate (commercial register). 2. A copy of a valid sales tax registration certificate and tax card. 3. A copy of a valid insurance card and zakat card for the tender period. 4. A copy of the professional practice certificate and shop license. 5. Registration with the authorities is required before entering the tender. If required, bidders who do not meet this requirement will be disqualified. 6. All bids must include a brief about the supplier, their performance records in the fields of supplies, transportation and distribution, a copy of previous contracts and other documents relevant to the subject of this tender. 7. Bids must be submitted in US dollars and payments will be made in US dollars. 8. A signed and stamped implementation schedule must be attached. The deadline for receiving bids and opening envelopes is Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 2:00 PM , at the Direct Aid Society headquarters in Aden, located in Khormaksar, Al-Madinah Al-Bayda neighborhood, Villa No. 486, Telephone: 02-231853, in the presence of the bidders or their representatives with an official authorization signed and stamped by the bidder. Bids received after this date will not be accepted and will not be received from the office. Direct Aid reserves the right to reject all or some bids or to cancel the tender at any time without incurring any responsibility or liability towards the bidders or for the reasons that led the buyer to take this action. The organization is not obligated to award the lowest bid.
