General Procurement Notice for Provision of Goods, Works, Related Services and Consulting Services for Khaled Al-Hassan Cancer Hospital Project. Financing No.: PSE-1155 The Ministry of Finance State of Palestine has received financing in the amount of USD 41,650,000.00 equivalent from the Islamic Development Bank toward the cost of the Khaled Al-Hassan Cancer Hospital Project - Phase One, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for goods, works, related services and consulting services to be procured under this project. This project will be jointly financed by the Islamic Development Bank and Al Aqsa Fund The project will include the following components: Component A: Civil and Electromechanical Works Component B: Acquisition of Medical/Non-medical Equipment and Furniture Component C: Consultancy Services C-1: Supervision of Civil and Electromechanical Works C-2: Supervision of Medical equipment/furniture Component D: Support to the Project Management Unit D-1: Project Coordinator/Civil Engineer and a Procurement Specialist D-2: Project Start-up workshop and Review Meetings Component E: Capacity Building through Reverse Linkages Mechanisms Component F: Project Financial Audit Component G: Contingency for Emergency Response Procurement of contracts financed by the Islamic Development Bank will be conducted through the procedures as specified in theGuidelines for the procurement of Consultancy Services under IsDB Project Financing (April 2019 edition, revised in February 2023) and Guidelines for the Procurement of Goods, Works and Related Services under IsDB Project Financing (April 2019 edition, revised February 2023) which are published (available at https://www.isdb.org/project-procurement/document. , and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines.
