General Procurement Notice for Provision of Goods, Works, and Related Services and Consulting Services for Market Access Readiness Programme Project in Key Economic Trade Sectors Market Access Readiness Programme Project in Key Economic Trade Sectors - Public Procurement Notice Project: Market Access Readiness Program Project in Key Economic Trade Sectors - MARKETS Program The Small and Micro Enterprise Development Agency (SMEDA) has received funding in the amount of US$2,000,000 from the Islamic Development Bank and the Saudi Development and Reconstruction Program for Yemen (SDRPY) to cover the costs of the MARKETS Program . The beneficiary intends to allocate a portion of this funding to pay for goods, works, and related services and consulting services to be supplied under this project. The project includes the following components: Consulting services through the selection of local individual consultants to implement value chain intervention activities for the following products (Onions - Honey - Coffee) through business consulting and training activities, Consulting services through selection on the basis of quality and cost ( CQBS ) from a shortlist of national consulting firms for activities related to the communication and marketing component of the products, Consulting services through selection on the basis of lowest cost from a shortlist of national consulting firms for activities related to the financial audit of the grant, Purchase through national shopping for the following: (a) purchase of an e-commerce platform, (b) purchase of machinery related to sorting and packaging of products. Contracts financed by the Islamic Development Bank are procured through the procedures specified in the Instructions for Procurement of Goods, Works, and/or Related Services in Islamic Development Bank-Financed Projects issued in April 2019. This process is open to all qualified bidders as specified in the instructions. Consulting services are selected in accordance with the Instructions for Procurement of Consulting Services in Islamic Development Bank-Financed Projects issued in April 2019.
