Tenders are invited for Recruitment of a Study Firm for the Implementation of the Reference Situation within the Framework of the p2-p2rs Togo Component Recruitment of a Research Firm for the Realization of the Reference Situation within the Framework 3. The Ministry of Agriculture, Village Water Resources and Rural Development, through the PMU, invites qualified firms to apply to provide the services described above. Interested firms must provide information on their capabilities and experience demonstrating their qualifications for the services (documentation, references of similar services, experience in comparable assignments, etc.). Firms may form partnerships to increase their chances of qualification. 4.
